NATIONAL ART HONOR SOCIETY
Purpose of the Program is to foster excellence and a dedicated spirit in the pursuit of art.
Further the creative abilities and talents of the Society's members, as well as, the school's entire student art enrollment
Aid members in working toward the attainment of their highest potential in an art area (AP ART STUDIO's)
Inspire and recognize those students who have shown outstanding ability in art (Local, national and country competitions)
Increase awareness of art in relation to other area of the school curriculum (STEM vs. STEAM)
Bring art to the attention of the school and community (SENIOR SHOWCASE)
Further aesthetic awareness in all aspects of the school's total program (ART IN DISPLAY CASES) (1st to tell us there has been a switch gets a prize, this excludes art helpers that help switch out the case)
